Shipping and return policy

Products purchased through the website are subject to the dispatch and delivery conditions chosen by the customer.

The shipping information is the sole responsibility of the customer. The selected dispatch and delivery times are counted from the moment Nutrithy validates the purchase order and the payment method used. Up to 26 hours are considered for Metropolitan Lima and Callao for the fulfillment of this period. If the customer is not found at the delivery address, a new dispatch will be scheduled, which will include transportation costs.

HOME DELIVERY

Regular Dispatch: Prior to delivery, Nutrithy personnel will contact the customer to confirm the dispatch of the purchased product and provide the delivery time range. Dispatch Days: Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday between approximately 09:00 a.m. and 07:00 p.m., depending on the schedule of the current day’s transportation. Nutrithy does not coordinate or set an exact delivery time.

RESTRICTIONS:

For the product delivery, we only enter the homes if authorized by the customer, for the safety of the customer and our staff due to the Covid-19 pandemic. If the customer does not authorize, the product is left at the front door on the first level. If the customer authorizes entry to the home, the product is delivered as far as the access routes of the customer’s home allow. If the customer is absent and authorizes another person to receive the order, it is essential that the authorized person has a valid ID during the dispatch. The regular dispatch time of the products will be subject to stock availability.

Products will not be delivered to minors. At the time of delivery, the person receiving is responsible for checking the product before the dispatch personnel leaves.

Free shipping is available for purchases of one kilogram or more and will be delivered at the latest on the day after the purchase, due to the launch.

RETURNS

To request this guarantee, the customer must contact our customer service area and provide their purchase details. To use this guarantee, the following must be considered:

  • The purchase must be within the period of 7 consecutive days from the date the customer received the product.
  • Returns of used products or products with a fault or damage attributable to misuse by the customer will not be accepted.
  • In case of any deterioration or damage to our products, they will be assessed by specialist staff at the time of product inspection and assumed by the customer for the return.
  • The return will only apply when the product is spoiled or has an expired expiration date.

Only one replacement for the same purchased product is offered.
