YUDY
I was born into a family of farmers and ranchers. Therefore, I’ve always had a special connection with the land. I finished high school with great difficulty since being a mother and a student was not an easy task for a 17 year old.
Time passed, and in search of better living conditions for my family, I left the countryside and migrated to the city, as our economic situation was not favorable at that time. During this process, my second son, José (Pepito), was born.
After several failed ventures, in 2013, we saw quinoa and organic production as an opportunity to reconnect with our roots and make it our daily livelihood.
